Terms of Service

Fair terms, safe payments

The short version: you only pay through VGen or an official PayPal invoice, you see your art at every stage, and you only pay for work that's done.

Refunds: you only pay for what's done

If you cancel, this is what we keep. Everything else comes back to you.

Percentages are of the total price. We never ask for more than you've already paid. Refunds go back to the account you paid from within 7 days.

  • If we can't finish your commission, you get a full refund.
  • If we're more than 14 days past your estimated date without telling you, you can cancel for a full refund.

Payment

  • Pay through VGen, or with a PayPal invoice for direct orders.
  • PayPal invoices are Goods & Services. We never ask for Friends & Family, which PayPal doesn't protect.
  • PayPal orders under $100: pay in full to start. $100 and up: pay 50% to start and 50% after you've seen the finished art.
  • The price on your invoice is final. No surprise fees.

Timeline

  • Before you pay, we confirm the price, what's included and your estimated delivery date in writing.
  • Fastest turnaround is 14–15 days for models, sheets and illustrations, and 4 days for chibi illustrations, depending on the queue.
  • If something delays us, we tell you before the date, not after.

Progress & revisions

  • We share the sketch and work in progress at each stage, so you can steer early.
  • Revisions on details are free and unlimited.
  • Bigger changes after you approve the sketch, like a new pose, outfit or character, are quoted first. We never charge for a change without asking.

Your files

  • Models: a fully layered PSD ready to rig, plus PNG and JPEG.
  • Sheets and illustrations: high-resolution PNG, with the PSD as an add-on.
  • You approve the finished art before we send the final files. Paying in two parts? The files come as soon as the second payment arrives.

Using your art

  • Personal use is always included.
  • Commercial use is included with VTuber models, chibi models, character sheets and anime illustrations. Chibi illustrations need the commercial-use add-on.
  • We may show finished work in our portfolio. Debuting soon? Tell us and we'll keep it private until your reveal.
  • Please don't resell the art itself or use it to train AI.

Safety & privacy

  • We only contact you from the accounts linked on this page.
  • Payment requests only come through VGen or as a PayPal invoice from our official PayPal account. Anyone else asking you to pay isn't us.
  • We never ask for passwords, login codes or card numbers.
  • Ordered on VGen or Fiverr? Pay there. Orders started on a platform stay on that platform.
  • Your references and details are only used for your commission.

Where do I place an order?

On our VGen page, or directly with us on Discord or X. Direct orders are paid with a PayPal invoice.

Is paying with PayPal safe?

We only send PayPal invoices for Goods & Services, so your payment goes through PayPal's checkout and you can open a dispute with PayPal if something goes wrong. We never ask for Friends & Family payments, which PayPal doesn't protect. On top of that, our refund policy means you only pay for work that's done.

What files will I get?

VTuber models come as a fully layered PSD ready to rig, plus PNG and JPEG. Character sheets and illustrations come as high-resolution PNG, and the PSD is available for $10.

Can I use the art commercially?

Yes for VTuber models, chibi models, character sheets and anime illustrations. Chibi illustrations need commercial use added, which doubles the price.

How long does a commission take?

The fastest turnaround is 15 days for VTuber models; 14 days for chibi models, PNGTubers, character sheets and illustrations; and 4 days for chibi illustrations. It always depends on the queue.

Can I order something that isn't listed?

Yes. GFX assets, comics, manga and other options are available on request. Start a custom inquiry on VGen or message us on Discord.
